Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 3-7 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 


Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All Packages Delivery is with USPS or ups   Business days are Monday-Friday



2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 5 days from placing your orders please contact customer service

 

  • Why does the billing and shipping address on my order have to match?

In order to maintain a fraud-free environment we require that the billing and shipping address on every order matches or we will cancel your order.

Luxurious glamour products are gentle yet effective.The process of rejuvenating the skin can take 1 month to see results as they continue to improve over a year. however the longevity of your results will ultimately depend on the daily and overall consistency that is provided to the your skin.

 

  • Where can I use these products ? Can I use them on my face.

Since luxurious glamour Beauty is organic, you will be able to freely Use it all over skin. We recommend using scrubs 3 time a week or as much as desired.Our Body butter heals skin with out greasy feeling that is usually present when using body butters.our soaps are hand made with no harsh chemicals or artificial fragrances.

   

  • what products should I use ?

  use a scrub of your choice to remove dead skin, clogged pore and uneven skin tone .

sweet lemonade - can be used to brighten skin, uneven skin tone and dark inner thighs 

turmeric scrub - can be used to brighten hyperpigmentation, dark marks and Kp skin.

 

birthday cake and pretty p are used to remove ingrown hair even out complexion and removing bikini dullness.

 

rejuvenation mask is used to speed up and enhance results of skin brightening
